2. Returns: We do not accept any returns for flower arrangements, since we will communicate with our customers before, during and after the process of creating the arrangement. We will also provide pictures before we start creating and after the arrangement is completed, to confirm with our customers that they are 100% satisfied with the product(s).
3. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event that Aday2Remember.net is responsible for a mistake or error in the service provided. If you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us immediately at contact@aday2remember.net with details of the issue.
4. Process for Refunds: To request a refund due to a mistake on our part, please follow these steps: Contact us within 3 days of discovering the error. Provide detailed information regarding the mistake or error. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Refund Approval: Refunds will be approved at the discretion of Aday2Remember.net after a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the mistake. If the mistake is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

For event decor, the cancellation policy is 14 days in advance. 

For flower arrangements, the cancellation policy is 2 business days. 

We provide shipping for flower arrangements in Orange County area. Please contact us for any other info or requests.
